1. Application Ranges of induction hardening machine.
High-frequency quenching is mostly used for surface quenching of
industrial metal parts. High-frequency current is passed through
the coil to generate a high-frequency magnetic field, and an
induced current is generated in the ferromagnetic material. Due to
the skin effect, the induced current accumulates on the surface of
the material to generate heat. , reaching the phase transition
temperature. Chilling achieves the purpose of quenching.

3. Induction Quenching Hardening Machine Application:
