mostly high-temperature, high-pressure, and pipelines that
transport corrosive media. They are used to transport crude oil,
dry gas, gasoline and other products. Because the media transported
inside the pipeline are all corrosive, so The toughness and
corrosion resistance of oil pipeline pipes should be improved.
The heat treatment process of oil pipelines is heat treatment by
high-frequency induction heating equipment, and the purpose of heat
treatment is to eliminate residual stress, improve the structure,
improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the pipeline,
and ensure that the oil pipeline has sufficient strength, toughness
and corrosion resistance. The heat treatment of the pipeline by

corrosion resistance, but also prevents its brittleness and reduces
the quenched non-martensite and its transformation products.
Quenching can eliminate the rolling deformation and heating process
of the pipeline. The residual stress of the stroke, the heating
speed is fast, and the probability of oxidation and deformation of
the pipe during quenching is reduced.
